Our experienced staff are always on hand to offer advice on properties currently available or properties that may be coming on the market in the near future. After viewing the property of your choice telephone to make an offer. If possible you will be given advice on whether or not your offer is likely to be accepted.

NPE always have a good selection of homes available for sale within our well presented office showroom.

Arrange your mortgage –

After receiving confirmation that your offer to purchase the property has been accepted we will make you an appointment to call and complete your mortgage application form. You will receive independent mortgage advice when arranging your mortgage through ‘NP Estates’ and in most cases we will be able to offer you the choice of several lenders ( Subject to status). Each mortgage is tailor made ensuring it is right for you. Should you require the deposit to be paid for you, we will try to negotiate with the vendor of the property for you and arrange for the deposit to be paid at the appropriate time. This complete mortgage service is available whether or not you choose to buy a house from ‘NP Estates’.

Survey –

Your survey will be arranged at the same time that your mortgage application form is completed.

Solicitors –

We at ‘NP Estates’ will fully liase with the solicitors chosen to act on your behalf.

Exchange Contracts –

Exchanging contracts is a legal binding agreement between buyer and seller. This is the time your deposit (if applicable) has to be paid. A date for completion will also be given.

Completion –

This is the day on which you move. All monetary transfers will be completed by your acting solicitor. Keys are normally available from midday.
