do we include ? -

| Free Regular Advertising -Your home will be advertised on a rotation basis in the property news. This is the local industry standard publication and is available for free collection within all other prominent Estate Agents offices in the area. - NP Estates will ensure your home is noticed. |
| Free Internal & External Photograph's - Using digital photography NP Estates offer free internal and external photographs of your property.This enables us to produce a full colour brochure presentation of your home to display as part of our office presentation and as part of our hand out package for potential purchasers. Having digital images also enables us to promote your home in full colour on the internet. |
| Free Professional Full Colour Brochures - 'Self Select' |
| At NPE we beleive in allowing potential purchasers to be able to 'self select' colour presentation brochures from our office display. Enabling them to do this ensures they take home with them specific properties for consideration at their leisure, thus spending more time reading about the features your home has to offer. Many Estate Agents nowadays use a fixed brichure display system for cost limitation. |
| Accompanied Viewings - |
| If your property is empty, if there is an elderly person or single lady residing in the property NP Estates will personally escort all viewings. No keys are handed out without express permission from the owner. |
| Empty Property Security Checks - |
| If your property is empty and we are acting key holders, NP Estates make regular visits to ensure safety and security. |
| Inter Office Viewing - |
| ‘Within Office Viewing Service’.- ‘NPE’ have opened the door to a new concept in property viewing. As a matter of course NP Estates take several internal photographs of your property.This enables us if required to show potential purchasers around your home within our office environment .- Just think no ‘let down appointments’ or having to stay in and wait for viewers to turn up. Whilst the potential purcahser is looking at the internal shots of your home they will be encouraged to make an appointment for a personnal viewing. |

When a new property is placed on the market for sale it instantly emails everybody who is looking to purchase a property of similar matching criteria.
