obtain a reference for your prospective tenant YOU MUST HAVE THE
INDIVIDUAL'S WRITTEN CONSENT. |
To
complete the reference application, we will ask you for the following:
· Details of the property to let
including the amount of rent that each of your tenants will pay.
· To select the HomeLet referencing product that you require
for each tenant.
· Details of each tenant including their current address,
date of birth and annual salary or earnings.
· To pay for the reference by credit or debit card. |
There
are a number of ways to complete the reference application:
· To collect the information from
your proposed tenant(s) and to complete the application with their
consent.
· To complete the information with your prospective tenant
present.
· To complete the initial details and then to email the
form to your tenant for completion.
(where the form is emailed to the proposed tenant it will be returned
to you for approval so that you can then make payment and submit
